Active Blair Atholl

A legacy of Glasgow Commonwealth Games, Sports Scotland are helping to set up Community Sports and Leisure Activity Hubs throughout the country. We are delighted to announce that our Village Hall will be the ‘Home’ of the Active Blair Atholl hub.

Today will be a SHOWCASE DAY to promote all the present activities on offer to our community and also other sports and leisure activities that can hopefully be introduced locally.
Please come along….there will be much to see, much to try, competitions and lots and lots more !

‘A Six Inch Layer of Soil…’

Performed by Melody Gove and Aly Macrae, this hugely enjoyable play once again brings Theatre to our Village Hall. Playfully weaving verbatim extracts of rural conversation together with music and song to paint a picture of a changing community made up of wonderful characters, this is an evening not to be missed.

Always a great family event. The Young Cairngorms Musicians are in charge in this Candlelit Night of Music, Song, Dance and Fun.
